On Friday, AT&T will add to its GoPhone portfolio the first Windows Phone — Nokia's Lumia 520 (pictured), available for $99.99 without a contract.
This AT&T deal is about the cheapest Windows Phone 8 device on the market, even beating T-Mobile's already inexpensive Lumia 521 by $50. The 4-inch phone boasts a 5-megapixel camera and all the Nokia photography fixins — Cinemagraph, super-wide-angle, and Smart Shoot. But with no annual contract, the Nokia Lumia 520 and its $100 price tag could look very appealing to Windows Phone newbies.
